Brief Introduction
Pantethine (bis-pantethine or co-enzyme pantethine) is a dimeric form of pantetheine, which is produced from pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) by the addition of cysteamine. Pantethine is composed of two molecules of pantetheine linked by a bridging disulfide. Pantetheine is an intermediate in the production of Coenzyme A by the body. Most vitamin B5 supplements are in the form of calcium pantothenate, a salt of pantothenic acid, with doses in the range of 5 to 10mg/day. In contrast, pantethine is sold as a dietary supplement for lowering blood cholesterol and triglycerides at doses of 500 to 1200mg/day.

Brief Introduction
Silver sulfadiazinis a sulfonamide / silver salt anti-bacterial agent used as a topical ointment for the treatment of burns. Found that Ag sulfadiazine may increase the duration of treatment - wounds may take longer to heal if treated with this agent, and therefore is not recommended by the authors of the Cochrane systematic review. Silver sulfadiazine is usually made as a 1% medicated cream or aqueous suspension. Brands are silvadene (generic trademark), silverex, silverol, silvazine, flamazine, thermazene, burnheal, and SSD. This compound is listed on the WHO Model List of essential medicines, which contains the most important medicines needed for a primary health system.
