Brief Introduction
Semi synthetic broad-spectrum cephalosporins. The antibacterial mechanism, antibacterial spectrum and indications were similar to those of cefotaxin. It is weaker to Gram-negative bacteria than the latter. But it is much stronger for Gram-negative bacteria than the latter, especially for pneumonia, stronger for Escherichia coli than cefotaxin, and better than other antibiotics than penicillin for pneumococcus.

Brief Introduction
Dicloxacillin (INN) is a narrow-spectrum β-lactam antibiotic of the penicillin class. It is used to treat infections caused by susceptible (non-resistant) Gram-positive bacteria. It is active against beta-lactamase-producing organisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, which would otherwise be resistant to most penicillins. Dicloxacillin is available under a variety of trade names including Diclocil (BMS).

Brief Introduction
Cefoxitone sodium is the first generation of cephalosporin antibiotics. It plays an antibacterial role by acting on the synthesis of bacterial cell wall. It has a good effect on some gram-positive bacteria, such as pneumococcus and Streptococcus. In addition, it also has a certain effect on Gram-negative bacteria. At present, cefoxitone sodium can be mainly used by some Streptococcus pneumoniae or β Some infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria such as hemolytic streptococcus.
