Brief Introduction
Ropinirole hydrochloride is mainly used in the treatment of early idiopathic Parkinson's disease. Ropinirole hydrochloride is a selective non ergolin dopamine D2 receptor agonist. Different from other dopamine agonists, this product has a simple chemical structure very similar to natural dopamine. It acts on postsynaptic receptors in the striatum to compensate for the deficiency of dopamine and increase sympathetic nervous tension. Ropinirole can also be used as an adjuvant therapy for patients who have switch phenomenon. It can directly act on synaptic receptors and produce continuous stimulation, so as to ease the fluctuation of L-dopa movement and reduce its difficulty in movement.

Brief Introduction
Synephrine is a kind of bioactive substance, which is mainly extracted from Rutaceae plants such as aurantium aurantium, tangerine peel and green peel. It plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine Fructus aurantii. It can strengthen heart, increase cardiac blood output, contract blood vessels, increase left ventricular pressure and arterial blood pressure due to high total peripheral vascular resistance, resist shock and lose weight, However, synephrine has been restricted in the United States, Canada and other countries in recent years due to its potential side effects of stimulating central nervous system and leading to cardiovascular disease.
