Brief Introduction
2-chloro-1-fluoro-4-nitrobenzene, also known as 3-chloro-4-fluoronitrobenzene, is an intermediate of norfloxacin and can also be used to prepare 3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline. It is the basic raw material for the synthesis of quinolic acid and other drugs, and can also be used in pesticide production. 3-chloro-4-fluoronitrobenzene can be used to prepare 3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline hydrochloride. 3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline is a very important starting material in the synthesis of anticancer drug gefitinib and an important intermediate in the synthesis of antibacterial drug norfloxacin. In addition, 3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline is also an important intermediate for the synthesis of fluorine-containing pesticides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, fungicides and so on.
