Brief Introduction
Enrofloxacin hydrochloride is a synthetic third-generation quinolone antibiotic, which is a special drug for the prevention and treatment of livestock and poultry aquatic diseases. It not only retains the characteristics of broad-spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity, good absorption and convenient administration of quinolones, but also has significant curative effect on various infections caused by a variety of bacteria, In particular, the killing power to all kinds of Mycoplasma was significantly higher than that of other quinolones and tylosin, tylosin and other drugs. It is mainly used for the infection of bacteria and Mycoplasma in livestock and poultry, such as respiratory tract, digestive tract, urinary tract, reproductive system and systemic infection in livestock and poultry, as well as gill rot, enteritis, rotten tail disease and other bacterial infections in marine and freshwater fish.

Vetil; Tylosin base; Tylocine(R); Tylosine; Fradizine; Tylan; Tylosin,Predominantly Tylosin A; Tylocine; Vetil(R); Tylon; Tylosin Tartrate
Brief Introduction
Tylosin is a kind of veterinary macrolide antibiotics commonly used in China, also known as tyronon and tylosin. It can be obtained by fermentation of actinomycetes Streptomyces Freund. There are three forms of tylosin alkali, phosphate and tartrate. The antibacterial spectrum is similar to erythromycin. It has inhibitory effects on Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative bacteria, mycoplasma, Vibrio, coccidia and spirochetes. It is particularly effective on mycoplasma, but its effect on Gram-positive bacteria is not as good as erythromycin. This product is characterized by its strong effect on mycoplasma. It is one of the drugs with the strongest anti Mycoplasma effect among macrolides. As a feed additive, it is widely used in the feed of chickens, pigs, cattle, sheep, fish, shrimp and other animals, which can promote the growth of livestock and poultry and improve the feed utilization rate. It is mainly used to control Mycoplasma disease in chickens, turkeys and other animals; Vibrio dysentery and infectious pleuropneumonia in pigs are also used for enteritis, pneumonia, mastitis and endometritis caused by sensitive bacteria. The effect of subcutaneous injection is better than that of oral administration in the treatment of chicken chronic respiratory diseases. The tissue drug concentration after subcutaneous injection is 2 ~ 3 times higher than that of oral administration, and the maintenance time of effective blood drug concentration is also longer. In addition, tylosin phosphate is also used as a growth promoting drug feed additive for cattle, pigs and chickens. There is cross resistance between this product and erythromycin.

Bacitracin Zinc Salt
Brief Introduction
Bacitracin zinc is a kind of polypeptide antibiotic, which has bactericidal effect on Gram-positive bacteria. Its mechanism is mainly to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial wall, and can also bind with the cell membrane of sensitive bacteria, damage the integrity of cell membrane, leading to the outflow of important substances in cells. It can effectively inhibit Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative bacteria; Bacterial resistance to bacitracin was slow, and there was no cross resistance with other antibiotics. Promote the growth of livestock and poultry, improve feed conversion rate. Bacitracin zinc was hardly absorbed by oral administration, and most of it was excreted with feces within 2 days. Zinc bacitracin has synergistic antibacterial effect with penicillin, streptomycin, neomycin, chlortetracycline and colistin. This product has incompatibility with olaquindox, kitasamycin, virginiamycin and enramycin. For gram positive bacteria and Penicillium resistant.

Brief Introduction
Sulfamethazine sodium is a sulfonamide, which can induce the expression of CYP3A4 in vivo. It is acetylated by N-acetyltransferase and used in the infection caused by meningitis, pneumococcus, hemolytic streptococcus and some gram-negative bacilli.

Brief Introduction
2-chlorothiophene-5-carboxylic acid is a pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be used to prepare 5-chlorothiophene-2-formyl chloride, an intermediate of rivaroxaban. Rivaroxaban is a new oral anticoagulant drug, which has a long curative effect through oral absorption. It is used for the prevention and treatment of venous thrombosis, with a wide range of treatment and without routine coagulation monitoring. The world's first direct factor Xa inhibitor, developed by Bayer, was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2011.
