Methyl (R)-3-Hydroxybutyrate, a derivative of 3-hydroxybutyric acid, has inhibitory effects on cell apoptosis which is mediated by signaling pathways related to the elevation of cytosolic Ca2+ concentration. Also a potential effective neutral protective agent.

Dacarbazine is a new type of purine precursor antitumor drug, which can interfere with purine biosynthesis and act as an alkylating agent. It can inhibit sarcoma-180, lung cancer-755, melanoma B16 and leukemia L-1210 in mice. In G2 phase of cell cycle, RNA and protein synthesis were mainly affected, followed by DNA. Oral absorption is not complete, individual differences. After one intravenous injection, it reached the peak at 30 minutes and disappeared at 6 hours. 30% of the dosage was excreted from urine within 6 hours. It cannot pass through the blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier.

It is a postganglionic anticholinergic drug with high selectivity for M receptor in gastrointestinal tract, similar to atropine, but weak. It can selectively inhibit gastrointestinal smooth muscle, so it has a strong and lasting effect. It can also inhibit the secretion of sweat, saliva and gastric juice, and reduce the secretion of mucin. In addition, it can block ganglion. When the dosage is high, it can block neuromuscular conduction and respiratory paralysis.
