Brief Introduction
Fluocinolone Acetonide Acetate is a powerful topical anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid commonly used in clinic. It is widely used in the treatment of various diseases such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, lichen planus and osteoarthritis. Local external use can shrink dermal capillaries, inhibit DNA synthesis and affect cell metabolism, so it can inhibit the proliferation or regeneration of epidermal cells, inhibit the regeneration of fibroblasts and the formation of pigment cells in connective tissue, stabilize intracellular lysosomal membrane and prevent tissue damage caused by histamine released by intracellular lysosomal enzymes. External use is easy to be absorbed from skin, It has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, anti proliferative and immunosuppressive effects.

Brief Introduction
Difenoxin Hydrochloride is a phenylpiperidine with antidiarrheal activity and active metabolite of diphenoxylate. Difenoxin is chemically related to the narcotic opioid meperidine. Difenoxin hydrochloride acts primarily on the gastrointestinal wall by binding to opioid receptors on acetylcholine-containing nerves and inhibits the release of acetylcholine from presynaptic nerve terminals. This leads to a reduction in intestinal motility. Difenoxin hydrochloride also mimics the action of endogenous opioid peptides at the CNS opioid receptors, (primarily mu-receptors), thereby inducing CNS effects.
