Brief Introduction
Nifekaran hydrochloride is different from other class III antiarrhythmic drugs. It is a simple K + channel blocker, which does not block Ca2 + channel and β Receptor, no negative inotropic effect, does not affect cardiac function. It is mainly used for patients with ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) who are life-threatening and other antiarrhythmic drugs are ineffective or cannot be used.
