Brief Introduction
1. Used for enteric coatings of pharmaceuticals, cellulose acetate filter membranes, etc., used to make cellulose acetate plastics, cellulose acetate filter membranes, etc.
2. It can be used to prepare solvent-based adhesives to bond glasses, toys and other plastic products. It is the most widely used cellulose ester. According to different cellulose acetate varieties and the selection of corresponding additives, it can be made into related parts of machinery, automobiles, airplanes, electrical equipment, and household daily necessities. Cellulose diacetate can be dissolved in acetone and used as cigarette filter and textile material by spinning; plastic film can be made by adding plasticizer, which can be made into plates, tubes, rods, packaging containers, handlebars and handles by injection molding process , pen holders and other supplies; it can also be used to make recording tapes, reverse osmosis membranes, packaging films, capacitor films, glass fiber adhesives and coatings. Cellulose triacetate can be dissolved in methyl chloride and then spun to produce acetate fiber and corresponding textile materials. It can also be used to manufacture photographic and film films, X-ray negatives, insulating film diaphragms, flat wire insulation for high-voltage motors, etc. by casting film-forming technology. Medical cellulose acetate is also widely used to manufacture hemodialysis and blood filtration membranes, artificial kidney membrane materials, etc.
