Diethylamine can be used as solvent and intermediate of chemical raw materials to produce procaine, chloroquine, nicothamide, Coramine and sulfonamide. It can also be used in the production of pesticides, dyes, rubber vulcanization accelerators, mineral processing agents (sulfur nitrogen 9), textile auxiliaries, fungicides, corrosion inhibitors, polymerization inhibitors and antifreeze agents.
