1、 Product features

Diatomite wastewater treatment agent is a fine solid powder with light germplasm, porous, relatively incompressible, large specific surface area and strong adsorption performance. Put it into the process of sewage flocculation treatment according to a certain proportion. By stirring, diatomite can be fully dispersed into diatom monomer and suspended in sewage. It can quickly adsorb flocculating substances and form core body, but it takes the lead in precipitation with its own weight. Therefore, diatomite is a high-quality coagulant aid for sewage, which can increase vanadium flower, accelerate sedimentation, reduce sludge volume and improve sludge dewatering performance.

Diatomite itself is an inorganic non-metallic mineral with stable physicochemical properties. It has no obvious coagulation aid effect when used alone in a certain sewage treatment process. Only when it is combined or mixed with conventional water treatment agents such as polyaluminium, polyiron, activated carbon or polyacrylamide, can diatomite play its unique coagulation aid role, so as to improve the coagulation aid effect of sewage.

2、 Instructions for use

Cdw-01 (drying grade), cdw-03 (roasting grade) and cdw-08 (solution roasting grade) are three types of diatomite sewage coagulant aids processed by high-quality diatomite through drying, ultra-fine crushing, air separation and impurity removal, roasting or solution roasting, which can meet various requirements of sewage flocculation treatment in various industries. It is recommended to use about two ten thousandths to ten thousandths. The specific dosage depends on the characteristics of sewage and sludge discharge, which is determined by the test.
