Cost Advantages

Reduces product costs by 30%-60%, and 100% substitution is available for some products.

Advantages & Features

1. More stable performance: Thermal stability lasts up to 70 minutes, with excellent extraction resistance and high elongation rate; finished products have better surface gloss and durability.

2. Lower overall cost: High filler loading capacity allows higher addition ratio of calcium carbonate and other fillers, reducing the total formulation cost.

3. Better compatibility: Excellent miscibility with PVC resin, improves processing fluidity, shortens kneading and mixing time, and is compatible with all mainstream PVC processing technologies including extrusion, calendering, injection molding and blow molding.

4. Much lower price than DOP, cutting plasticizer costs by 30%-60%.

Extended Advantages

Stable and reliable performance: Superior to traditional DOP in thermal stability, extraction resistance and elongation rate

Sustainable, eco-friendly and safe properties: Phthalate-free, heavy metal compliant, free of brominated pollutants, low toxicity, non-hazardous chemicals. Made from plant-based eco-friendly raw materials with low toxicity and low hazards.

Cost & Operational Advantages

Direct cost reduction: Can equally replace traditional primary plasticizers to lower the overall raw material cost of formulations

Indirect cost reduction: High filler tolerance enables higher loading of calcium carbonate and other fillers for further cost savings

Low storage and transportation cost: Shipped as general goods without extra approval procedures and fees for hazardous chemical storage and logistics

Higher production efficiency: Shortens material kneading time, optimizes processing fluidity and increases unit production capacity
