Fluorene based epoxy resin has become an important monomer and modifier in high-performance matrix resin materials, electronic packaging materials, high-temperature adhesives, high-temperature coatings, etc. due to its excellent comprehensive properties such as moisture and heat resistance, chemical resistance, dielectric property, mechanical property and chemical resistance. However, fluorene based epoxy resin has strong rigidity and poor toughness, so it needs to be toughened or modified by blending with general epoxy resin.
