Jack bean Urease; Urease From Canavalia Ensiformis (Jack Bean); Urease, Sp-Op; Urease Amidohydrolase; Urea Amidohydrolase; Urea Amidolyase; Urea Amydolyase
Brief Introduction
Urease is a common enzyme in human and animal gastrointestinal and urinary tract bacterial infection. It is not only one of the pathogenic factors of some pathogenic bacteria in human and animals, but also one of the enzymes necessary for the transformation of some nitrogen-derived spoilage. It is the first time that human beings have obtained crystals and found metalloenzymes containing Ni ions. Urease is also a non beneficial component in soybean. Urease is an oligomeric enzyme containing nickel. It has absolute specificity and specifically catalyzes the hydrolysis of urea to release ammonia and carbon dioxide.

Lactase, Lactozyme(R); Beta-D-Lactosidase; Beta-Galactosidas; Beta-Lactosidase; Hydrolact; Lactozym; Maxilact; Oryzatym; Tilactase
Brief Introduction
Enzyme preparations. Mainly used in the dairy industry. Can convert low sweetness and low solubility lactose into sweeter and more soluble monosaccharides (glucose and galactose); Reduce the possibility of lactose crystallization in ice cream, concentrated milk, and light condensed milk, while increasing sweetness. In the fermentation and baking industry, lactose that cannot be utilized by ordinary yeast can be utilized by hydrolysis into glucose. A certain number of infants suffer from diarrhea after feeding milk due to a lack of normal lactose degrading enzymes in the intestine. Therefore, many European countries often add lactase and lysozyme to milk for infants to drink.
Immobilized Glucose Isomerase Preparation
