Brief Introduction
1. PASP, as a scale and corrosion inhibitor, is widely used in industrial circulating water, boiler water, reverse osmosis water, oilfield water, seawater desalination and other water treatment fields. It performs excellently in high hardness, high alkalinity, high pH, and high concentration ratio systems, and its scale inhibition effect is superior to commonly used phosphine containing scale inhibitors. The combination of PASP and PBTCA has a synergistic effect.
2. Due to its green and environmentally friendly characteristics, PASP products can be used as new daily chemical additives and various non-toxic and pollution-free specialized fine chemicals.
3. PASP can be used as a nutrient absorption enhancer in agriculture, promoting the production of vegetables, fruits, flowers, and other crops. At the same time, when used in combination with pesticides, it can improve its efficacy.
Brief Introduction
Polyol phosphate ester is a new type of water treatment agent with good scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Due to the introduction of multiple polyoxyethylene groups into the molecule, not only does it improve its corrosion inhibition performance, but it also enhances its ability to inhibit calcium scale and disperse sediment. It has excellent inhibition effect on the deposition of barium and strontium scales in water that cannot be controlled by existing scale inhibitors in China. It also has excellent scale inhibition effect on the deposition of insoluble salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water, and has cathodic protection effect on steel. Its corrosion inhibition effect is better than that of existing similar products in China. Polyol phosphate esters are well miscible with water stabilizers such as polycarboxylates, organic phosphates, inorganic phosphates, and zinc salts. Polyol phosphate ester is used as a scale inhibitor for oilfield water injection collection (especially recommended as a substitute for Nalco Visco 953), and as a corrosion and scale inhibitor for industrial cooling water treatment.
