Brief Introduction
This product is a three functional monomer with high boiling point, high activity, low volatility and low viscosity. Brief Introduction
It is a highly active aftereffect accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing and short vulcanization time. When the vulcanization temperature is above 138 ℃, the promoting effect is very strong. Often cooperate with TMTD or other basic accelerators to form a second accelerator. As a super accelerator of natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex, it is usually called accelerator TMTD. It is the representative of thiuram vulcanization accelerator, accounting for 85% of the total amount of similar products. As a super accelerator of natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, Ⅱ, R and EPDM, it is one of the most utilized. The vulcanization promoting force is very strong, but when there is no zinc oxide, it is not vulcanized at all.
