Brief Introduction
Pyridoxal is one of the components of vitamin B6. It is an aldehyde obtained from the oxidation of pyridoxine. It is unstable in neutral and alkaline environment and prone to photolysis. Pyridoxal hydrochloride can be used to prepare pyridoxal phosphate. Pyridoxal phosphate is a coenzyme of aminotransferase and decarboxylase in amino acid metabolism, which can promote the decarboxylation of glutamic acid and promote the metabolism of glutamic acid γ- The formation of aminobutyric acid, which is a neurotransmitter. It is clinically used in the treatment of Parkinson's syndrome drugs, promote transaminase transamination, improve the body dopamine content.
