Brief Introduction
The water reducing rate of superplasticizer can reach more than 20%. It is mainly naphthalene series, melamine series and water reducing agent compounded by them, of which naphthalene series is the main, accounting for 67%. In China, most superplasticizers are naphthalene superplasticizers with naphthalene as the main raw material. Naphthalene superplasticizer can be divided into high concentration products (Na2SO4 content < 3%), medium concentration products (Na2SO4 content 3% ~ 10%) and low concentration products (Na2SO4 content > 10%) according to the content of Na2SO4 in its products. Most naphthalene superplasticizer synthesis plants have the ability to control the content of Na2SO4 below 5%, and some advanced enterprises can even control it below 0.4%.
