Brief Introduction
Color fixing agent is an assistant used to improve the dyeing fastness of dyes on fabrics. As a finishing agent, it can be combined with the free ionic water-soluble groups of the dye to form insoluble colored substances, which can improve the washing and perspiration fastness of the color, reduce the hydrophilicity of the dye, effectively improve the fixation rate, washing resistance, rubbing fastness and dye utilization rate of the dye, and sometimes improve its sun fastness. It is mainly used for fixing the dyed fabrics with reactive, direct and acid dyes.
