1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-cyclopropylpropan-1-one is the intermediate of cycloxazole. Cycloxazole is a triazole fungicide. It is a sterol demethylation inhibitor with preventive and therapeutic effects. It is effective for powdery mildew, rust, conidia, coracospora, chaetospora and Alternaria on cereal crops, coffee, sugar beet, fruit trees and grapes. When mixed with other fungicides, it can control cereal eye spot, leaf spot and net spot. The control period of wheat rust was 4-6 weeks and powdery mildew was 3-4 weeks. Powdery mildew of Cereals, fruit trees and grapes, leaf spot of peanut and beet, apple scab and peanut white rot.
