Doreckonsoy 70 is a NON GMO Soy protein Concentrate produced from natural GMO-free soybean.

It provides superior characteristics in fat emulsification and stability, and can be used as emulsion agent in rolling machine orhomogeneous machine.

Application: Doreckonsoy70 is used mostly in comminuted, minced, ground meat/poultry and fish products(emulsified meat formulation,patties, pressed loaves, emulsion type sausages, frankfurters and bologna, canned luncheon meat, surimi, etc.) to increase fat retentionand nutritional property. It is also used in bakery, meat alternatives, vegetarian foods, etc.

Packing: in paper bag of 20kgs net each, with external kraft paper bag and separate inner polythene liner.
