Drekang 80 is a non-GMO soy protein isolate.
It has good gel strength after water absorption and is an excellent emulsifier which can achieve uniform heat stable emulsification. The homogenizer emulsification method is widely used by mixing with a tumbler.

Soy protein isolate is used as a binder and emulsifier in meat processing to increase the nutritional value of the product, improve the meat structure, increase yield, and reduce the loss of nutrients during cooking. Widely used in meat products, poultry products, pastry products.
