Phosphate Cosmetic Moisturizer is specifically designed to disperse inorganic particles in water and stabilize their dispersion.Inorganic pigments are also available in addition to non-polar sunscreens.It can significantly reduce the viscosity of the dispersion solution,therefore the pigment concentration in the formula can be increased, thus the color of the product more rich and full.In addition to improving dispersion.There are other advantages.

Mechanism ：

The dispersant is attached to the surface of the inorganic sunscreen (pigment), which prevents it from bonding through the three-dimensional structure and electrostatic repulsion, therefore making the particle size more uniform and fine.
