Formaldehyde-free Fixative HF-6

Formaldehyde-free Fixative HF-6 belongs to cationic multicomponent polymer, which can form insoluble water lake with anionic groups of reactive dyes, have good binding force with cellulose fibers, prevent the falling off of dyes, and have good blister fastness while ensuring water washing fastness.

Characteristics and advantages: 1. It does not contain free formaldehyde or combined formaldehyde. 2. The hand feel of the fabric has no obvious change after color fixing treatment. 3. After color fixing treatment, the water washing fastness and hot water bubble fastness of reactive dyed and printed fabrics have been significantly improved

Application scope and reference process:

Fabric: cellulose fiber and its blended fabrics, such as cotton knitting (yarn), rayon knitting, t / C or T / R knitting, cotton spinning, etc

Application equipment and process: normal temperature and pressure overflow dyeing machine fixation: bath ratio 1:6-15 pH value 5-7 40-50 ℃ × 20-30min 

Color fixation of setting machine: one dip and one rolling

Reference dosage: impregnation: 0.5-1.2% (o.w.f) impregnation rolling: 5.0-12g/l

Thinning and compounding method: it can be used directly

Precautions: it is not recommended to use in the same bath with anionic substances. If the process requires, the compatibility test shall be conducted first
