Product Introduction

Chaote TN3X0 series belongs to the conductive silica gel series, which is a high-temperature solid silicone rubber with excellent conductivity. It is applicable to the electronics industry, health care industry, medical industry, automotive industry, daily necessities and other industries. The molding process is mainly high temperature molding, and can pass the FDA, Rots and other environmental protection related tests. The hardness range is 50-70 degrees.

Vulcanization Conditions

1.2% - 1.5% double dibutyl sulfide, 175-200 ℃, 1-5 minutes (depending on the product)
