The industrial value of Metallophthalocyanine is not very good. It was used as a green light blue variety in the early years, and later it has been β- Type C is replaced by CuPc. Of the five forms, it's just α- Type has certain value, such as α- Like CuPc, it is transformed into stronger green light in organic solvent, and its dispersibility and anti flocculation property are not ideal. The pigment is mainly used in acrylic metal decorative paint and plastic coloring, but the thermal stability is not as good as that of plastic α- or β- CuPc is good.
