Property: white crystal with a relative density of 2.08. Soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol. Its aqueous solution can corrode glass. When heated, sodium fluoride decomposes into sodium fluoride and hydrogen fluoride.

Usage: used as preservative, glass etchant and metal flux. It can also be used in textile processing and hydrogen fluoride production.

Storage: store in a dry place, not with organic matter.
