Diclofenac potassium is a new non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Its mechanism is mainly to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. After joint and muscle sprain, tooth extraction and operation, it can cause aseptic inflammation, tissue edema and pain. With the generation of inflammation, the prostaglandins synthesized and released locally increase. Diclofenac potassium can reduce the prostaglandins synthesized and released locally after injury, and play an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role.

Not applicable to patients with simple fever
People allergic to aspirin or other non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may have cross allergic reactions to this product and should be used with caution. Gastrointestinal reactions were the most common adverse reactions, with bone marrow suppression and liver function damage at high doses.
It is prohibited for patients with asthma, urticaria or allergic reaction induced by aspirin or other non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is forbidden to treat perioperative (CABG) pain during coronary artery bypass grafting. It is forbidden to be used in patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after the application of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is forbidden for patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer / bleeding or previous recurrent ulcer / bleeding. Patients with severe heart failure, severe liver, kidney and heart failure are prohibited within three months of pregnancy.
