Shandong Senzhihai New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in April 2021. It is affiliated to Jining State-owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 45 million yuan. The project covers an area of 85 mu and has a total investment of 380 million yuan. The first phase of the project has built a 160,000 tons/year mixed benzene refining project and a 20,000 tons/year cyclopentane deep processing project. The main business scope includes: production and sales of products such as cyclopentane, pure benzene, ethylbenzene, mixed xylene, and non-aromatic hydrocarbons. The company has complete relevant procedures such as ISO9001 certification for quality management system and ISO14001 certification for environmental management system. The production equipment technology and product quality are better than those of the same industry. It has achieved safe production without accidents for many consecutive years, and the environmental protection indicators meet the national standard requirements. Senzhihai has adopted an advanced intelligent management and control system, featuring more advanced technology and a higher level of intelligence. This ensures the safe and stable operation of production equipment, the stability of product quality, and a significant increase in production capacity. The project construction consists of 11 single units and two production lines, namely the cyclopentane production line and the mixed benzene refining production line. The cyclopentane production line adopts the high-efficiency fixed valve plate tower jointly developed by Tianjin University and Tianjin Plate Equipment Co., Ltd., which improves the rectification and separation effect, and the product quality reaches more than 99.5%. The mixed benzene refining adopts the production process of sulfolane extraction and rectification. The entire production unit adopts a DCS control system to realize industrial automation control, along with a safety instrumented SIS system, a GDS combustible, toxic, and harmful gas alarm system, a GST automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system, and an industrial video surveillance system, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the production unit and the stability of product quality. Among them, the production capacity of cyclopentane ranks first in the country. As a new type of foaming agent for rigid polyurethane foam, this product will gradually replace chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) that damage the atmospheric ozone layer. It is now widely used in the refrigerator and freezer industry, pipeline insulation, as well as in fields such as pesticides and pharmaceutical intermediates. Our company has collaborated with dozens of large companies such as Haier, Hisense, Omar, Xingxing Cold Chain, Skyworth Electric Appliances, Hefei Meiling, Jiangsu Shangling, and Wanhua Group. Currently, our company has completed the development and cooperation with major first-tier home appliance brands.：1. Obtained 80% of the supply quota from Haier's four bases; 2. As a new supplier, won 25% of the quota from Hisense's three bases in the initial bidding; 3. Has now signed a contract with Midea and entered the verification stage.
