Jiaozuo Joincare Bio Technological Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and constructed by Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd. in Jiaozuo. It is an important part of jiankangyuan pharmaceutical's API strategy for the new century. The company is located in the south of Jinguan Jiahua power company, Daiwang Town, Macun District, Jiaozuo City. It covers an area of 378200 square meters and has invested nearly 2 billion yuan to build a 7-ACA plant with an annual output of 1000 tons by enzymatic method. It is one of the key projects in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. The company's leading product is the production of 7-ACA by enzyme process, which is one of the National 863 key research projects. The company spent nearly hundreds of millions of yuan and developed immobilized enzymes superior to foreign counterparts for several years. It has become the only enterprise in China to produce 7-ACA by enzyme process, breaking the foreign monopoly on enzyme technology. The total investment of phase I is 600 million yuan. After completion, the annual output of cephalosporin C sodium salt is 2000 tons and 7-ACA 1000 tons. The market share is leading in the same industry, the product quality is in an international leading position and the cost is the lowest. Through the audit of foreign customers such as Italy, Japan and India, the export earned more than 60 million US dollars in 2018.
