Zhangjiagang Feihang Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint stock company registered at Zhangjiagang Industrial and Commercial Bureau.After the establishment in early 1980s, our company is now a comprehensive manufacturer with strong R&D capability, which is focusing on biomass-based polymers and fine chemicals. The company has finished fixed assets investment up to more than 8.7 million US dollars, with more than 100 employees and a land area of 43,000 square meters. 10 out of our total 20 technical specialists possess senior professional titles. We have been cooperating with Nanjing University, Southeast University & Nanjing Tech. University for more than 20 years. With their assistance and support, our company continuously enlarges product lines, updates equipment, optimizes technologies and improves products quality, which leads us to a larger market. Our major products are bio-polyols, salicylaldehyde and its derivatives. Cooperating with Southeast University, we successfully developed the phenol oxidation method to produce salicylaldehyde, which was entitled Jiangsu high & new tech. product in 1998. After the initiation of cooperation with Nanjing Tech. University in 2012, our company succeeded in bio-polyol products development in 2016. As regards the bio-polyols for rigid PU foam, our bio-polyols could be a 100% replacement for the traditional polyols made from petrochemicals and sucrose. That technical breakthrough is the first throughout the world, which brings us series of patents. Meanwhile, our other bio-polyols with different functionalities find their applications also in PU adhesives and coatings. We plan to invest 36.2 million US dollars into our bio-polyols manufacture, with the target capacity of 80,000t/a. And phase one project will be completed by the end of 2017 with the capacity of 30,000t/a. Synchronizing with our bio-polyols, our company has introduced an environmentally friendly technology in order to produce fire retardant TCPP, which enables us to thoroughly remove waste water during the process. Since TCPP is an existing product on the market, we plan to establish 30,000t/a TCPP capacity by the end of 2017. And our long-term goal of TCPP is set up at 100,000t/a finally. We believe our business contributes a lot to the sustainable development of PU industry. Our bio-polyols’ feedstocks are mainly renewable resources from agriculture instead of petrochemicals from fossil fuel.
