Inner Mongolia Meilijian Technology Chemical Co., Ltd., located in Mengxi high tech Industrial Park, Ordos City, is initiated by Wujiang Meiyan Sanyou group and jointly funded by three domestic backbone enterprises engaged in dye and pigment manufacturing and two listed companies (Baihe 603823 and Dingfeng group holding h06878). The project covers an area of 700 mu with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. Relying on the local rich raw materials and energy advantages, the project will accelerate the development of circular economy in local coal chemical industry and chlor alkali chemical industry, and carry out in-depth development with industrial naphthalene in coal tar and caustic soda and liquid alkali, by-products of chlor alkali chemical industry, as raw materials. With the direction of high-quality development of new green chemical materials and the goal of deep ploughing coal chemical industry and developing high-tech industry, the company introduces safe, green and efficient equipment and management mode, builds a modern enterprise according to the standards of listed companies, and strives to build an aircraft carrier level industrial chain in the same industry. The shareholders and senior management team of the company focus on the future, take the construction of safe, advanced and large-scale dye and organic pigment production lines in the industry as their own responsibility, and cooperate with enterprises in the park to extend the industrial chain of coal chemical industry and chlor alkali chemical industry. After the completion of the project, the product scale with an annual output of 120000 tons of refined naphthalene, 90000 tons of 2-naphthol, 50000 tons of 2,3 acid, 33150 tons of paper and wood colorant series products and supporting intermediates, 28400 tons of alkyl series products, 10000 tons of modified resin products, 20000 tons of alkali sulfide, 5000 tons of tetraethyl michelone and 25000 tons of chromophenol as series products, 10000 tons of 2B acid and 10000 tons of 4B acid can be formed. Moreover, the risk level of all production reaction processes is lower than grade III according to the evaluation of Shenyang Chemical Research Institute. It consumes 150000 tons of industrial naphthalene (crude naphthalene), 80000 tons of solid alkali and 120000 tons of liquid alkali, which are the by-products of coal chemical industry in the park. It has become an efficient engine for extending the industrial chain and improving the added value of products in the park. After the project is completed, the sales volume will exceed 4 billion yuan, the profit and tax will be more than 580 million yuan, and more than 800 jobs can be provided. The products of the project are mainly used in dye and pigment industry, paper and wood coloring, information recording materials and additives, surfactants, inks, plastics, synthetic fiber textiles and other fields. The products are sold to domestic large and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong, Tianjin and other regions. At the same time, they can be exported to Europe, America, Japan and Southeast Asian countries and regions.
