Diethyltoluenediamine(DETDA / E100) is widely used as a curing agent and chain extender in polyurethane and polyurea spray coating material systems.

Diethyltoluenediamine(DETDA / E100) can also be used as a curing agent in epoxy resins, an industrial lubricant, and a waterproof coating curing agent.

Depending on the prepolymer used, Diethyltoluenediamine(DETDA / E100) can be used to produce foamed materials like slow rebound pillows, sofas, and car seat cushions, or non-foamed materials like coated dumbbells and barbells, shopping carts, scooters, and ice skate wheels.
